Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do when using the Tramify platform and website at https://tramify.com, offered by Tramify LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Tramify", "we", "us"). It applies to every customer and every user a customer invites, and customers are responsible for their users' compliance. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited conduct and content

You must not use Tramify to:

  • Break the law: engage in, promote or facilitate unlawful activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation, including consumer-protection, data-protection, anti-spam and telemarketing laws.
  • Commit fraud: run scams or phishing, or impersonate any person, business or government agency.
  • Mislead your clients: misrepresent who you are, the services you provide, your prices, requirements, timelines or likely outcomes, for example by promising a guaranteed visa approval or suggesting an affiliation with a government agency that does not exist.
  • Send spam: send bulk or unsolicited commercial messages, or message contact lists that were bought, rented or scraped.
  • Message without consent: contact people on WhatsApp, Instagram or any other channel without the consent required by law and by the channel's rules, ignore opt-out requests, or breach Meta's policies for business messaging, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and the Meta Platform Terms.
  • Harass or harm: harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share hateful, violent or sexually explicit content, or any content that exploits minors.
  • Spread malware: upload or send viruses, ransomware or other harmful code, or links to it.
  • Test our security without permission: probe, scan or test the vulnerability of Tramify, bypass authentication, access controls or usage limits, access accounts or data that are not yours, including other customers' data, or overload or disrupt the service.
  • Scrape: use bots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means to access or extract data from Tramify or its website, except in the manner we expressly permit.
  • Resell without authorization: resell, sublicense, rent or lease Tramify, or offer it as a service to third parties, without our prior written authorization.
  • Infringe rights: upload, share or send content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others, or copy or reverse engineer Tramify except where the law expressly allows it.
  • Process data without a lawful basis: upload or process personal data about your clients or anyone else without a lawful basis and the notices required by applicable data-protection laws, or handle sensitive data, such as identity documents or financial information, without meeting the additional requirements the law sets for it.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it to legal@tramify.com and do not exploit it.

Customers providing regulated services

Some customers use Tramify to run businesses that provide regulated services, such as immigration, visa, legal or tax services. If you do:

  • you must hold and maintain every license, registration and authorization required in each jurisdiction where you operate or serve clients;
  • you are solely responsible for the services and advice you provide to your clients;
  • you must not present Tramify as the provider of those services, or suggest that Tramify has reviewed, endorsed or guaranteed your work;
  • you must review content produced with AI-assisted features before relying on it or sharing it with your clients.

Tramify is a software provider. It is not a law firm, immigration consultant, tax firm, CPA or government agency. See our Legal Disclaimer.

Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may remove or disable content, limit features such as messaging, suspend the account, or terminate it under our Terms of Service. Where practicable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to correct the issue. We may act immediately to prevent harm, protect the service or other customers, or comply with the law or the requirements of providers such as Meta. We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities where required by law. Fees are not refunded for a suspension or termination caused by a breach of this policy, except where required by law.

Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Tramify in breach of this policy, for example if you received unsolicited messages from a business that uses Tramify, write to legal@tramify.com and include:

  • a description of the issue;
  • the name of the business, and the phone number or account that contacted you;
  • the dates involved and, if possible, screenshots or copies of the messages.

We review every report, although we may not be able to share the outcome. If you are a client of a business that uses Tramify and have a question about your personal data, please contact that business first: it decides how your data is used.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
