Refund Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when Tramify LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Tramify", "we", "us"), issues refunds for subscriptions to the Tramify platform offered at https://tramify.com. Tramify is sold to businesses, not to consumers. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Cancellation Policy.

Subscription fees

Tramify plans are billed monthly, in advance, in U.S. dollars. The price and billing frequency of your plan are shown before you confirm your subscription. Applicable taxes and any usage-based charges are calculated separately.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. This includes:

  • partial billing periods;
  • periods in which you did not use the service, or used only part of it;
  • unused seats or features;
  • a change to a lower plan during a billing period.

If you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for and is not renewed. No refund is issued for the remaining days of that period.

Free trial

We may offer eligible customers a free trial. When we do, its length and conditions are shown before the trial starts, and you are not charged a subscription fee during the trial.

If you provide a payment method, the subscription you selected begins automatically at the end of the trial and you are charged for the first billing period, unless you cancel before the trial expires. If you did not provide a payment method, nothing is charged; to keep using Tramify after the trial, you will need to choose a plan and add a payment method.

A charge made at the end of a trial that was not cancelled in time is a regular subscription charge and is subject to this policy.

Usage-based charges

Some features may carry usage-based charges, such as messaging, AI or usage credits. Except as described under Exceptions below, usage-based charges are not refundable once the corresponding usage has been consumed, for example once a message has been sent or an AI feature has been used.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund, or a credit to your account, for the following, provided you report them to us within 30 days of the charge date:

  • Duplicate charges: you were charged more than once for the same subscription and billing period.
  • Billing errors: you were charged an amount different from the price displayed when you confirmed your subscription, or you were charged for a period after your cancellation had taken effect.

We will also issue a refund wherever applicable law requires one, regardless of the 30-day reporting period.

We may also grant a refund or credit in other situations at our discretion. Doing so once does not oblige us to do so again.

How to request a refund

Email support@tramify.com from the email address associated with your account and include:

  • your company name and account email address;
  • the date and amount of the charge;
  • the reason for your request and any supporting details, such as a copy of the receipt.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Billing problems are usually resolved faster directly with us.

Processing time

We review each request and reply by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. After we issue a refund, it may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Changes do not affect refund requests submitted before the change. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
